My name is Umar Seedat, and I am a teacher at Rochdale Islamic Academy Boys. Alhamdulillah, I have completed the memorisation of the Qur’an and a six-year course in Islamic Theology and Islamic Jurisprudence (Alim course). I have also worked in both the accounting and legal sectors, allowing me to bring a broad and valuable range of skills into my teaching role.
I am currently teaching IT and Arabic, and I am committed to supporting every student in their individual academic, social, and personal development. I believe in creating a learning environment where students feel motivated, encouraged, and confident in their abilities.
I truly enjoy my role at Rochdale Islamic Academy Boys, as it gives me the opportunity to help nurture the next generation — young people who, Insha’Allah, will one day become pioneers and positive contributors to our community.
