Riaz Patel

My name is Riaz Patel and I teach Maths at RIAB. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biology at university and then completed my PGCE. I retrained to be a Maths teacher by completing my Level 5 qualification in teaching Mathematics.

I have been teaching now for over 15 years, having taught adults as well as children. My passion is Maths teaching at school level, and I want all my students to achieve their utmost best.

I have taught at many schools across the North West and I truly love working at RIAB.

Outside of school, I enjoy playing football and sending ‘dad jokes’ about Maths
